after the work your team did.. alot of websites got hit by the spam message and you said that you guys already know about the issue and fixing it.. but it didnt work on mine and because of that ive lost the client.. ive been a buyer on this forum for a long time and i dont go about asking refunds. this is the first time i had to actually pursue someone for the refund as it has been a huge loss for me!

Nope already told you bud. Some sites were hit and this was stated and we have since brought them back with the new 3.0 service & even refunded a few. Now we are not responsible what you may have done previous to your site. We sent you the links that were created before we even started and they are even dated. A bunch on the same website and even some in different language websites. AND THIS WAS ALL DONE BEFORE WE TOUCHED YOUR WEBSITE.

So with that being said in SEO there is always somewhat of a risk but a very BIG REWARD with those who play the game. Now with the links that you have built previously THAT WE DID NOT CREATE we told you another way to fix this. If you are not willing to do it then we can't do anything for you because that is not our work bud.

People that are successful in internet marketing pick themselves up when knocked down and strive even harder they don't give up bud. Now we let you know if disavow did not work with those links [THAT WE DID NOT CREATE] that were created before we touched your site there is another way but other then that we can't help.
