Do you allow different languages than english for TIER 1 ?

I would like to provide my own highly spun spanish content to use for TIER 1, if possible.

Hi Guys, so today is the 13th day since I ordered Team 5, here are the results:
Main Keyword: not in top 100
2nd keyword: page 5
3rd keyword: page 7
4th keyword: page 9
5th keyword: not available till page 10
6th keyword: not in top 100
Also, do note that the rankings at present for the site are fluctuating pretty quickly. I think we are on right track as off now. Even though it is going a little slower than I expected but rankings are starting to change now. Give or take another 7 days we should be doing good.
