update: Yesterday traffic was 4k +

This months traffic was more than 100K

Some of you might think why was traffic low for 2 months, it was so because i stopped updating my site
If you keep on updating this site every week it will keep growing

Remember if buy it for $3k or more i will continue ranking articles and use my technique to grow traffic to at least 200K view/month
In other words i will double the value of site



I may also do all the work, like writing articles, publishing and promoting on your demand

I did not worked much on monetization field
But i used to make roughly 150-200/month with adsense+infolinks
Right now i am making the same with bidvertiser+infolinks
But i think you can make a lot more with targeted CPA offers,
I almost get 200 clicks daily to ads
Only the recommended posts at bottom of article [linkwithin widget] get almost 200 clicks, so if you can work some thing tricky it can surely bring you some big $$

u didn't show what keywords are ranking on search engines as I can see 99% of your traffic coming from google.

Your CPC is very low ($0.025) if you're only making $150 from the site with 200 clicks a day.

However, you said that you're going to building more of these sites in the future, I've got a proposal for you. I'll PM you some more information.

From my perspective, you have a special method to drive traffic to the website, which is NOT included in the sale, and it's not available to the buyer.
This means that if I won't find any other way to drive traffic to the website, I won't be able to make any revenue from it?

I was thinking about bidding, but I'm new to humor websites and afraid to buy something which I cannot see it's future revenue clearly...
Do you supply any traffic-driving techniques?

I am in more or less the same situation.

OP it doesn't look like you are going to meet your reserve and seems to be for exactly this reason. When you sell, the traffic is going to plummet and so will the value of the site.

I realise you've said that you will help the new owner get it to 200k views/month but that relies on them paying over $3000. The site is getting a fair amount of traffic at the moment but unless you include a complete guide of what you're doing at the moment, it's going to dry up.

Firstly, feel free to completely ignore my advice but it's in your interest to consider it. I'd recommend that you either change your offer slightly; by including more help of maintaining the traffic or don't sell now and partner with someone that could earn your reserve for you in under a month by simply monetising the site correctly.

This site does not has any special traffic driving method, but yes i do have special method for ranking pages in Google, Which is not supplied along
BTW there are fairly rare chances that traffic of this site will drop as it is mostly from search engines, unless you stop updating

I dont think things will suddenly change as they were for couple of months right after selling
And it won't dry up only if i give complete guide of what i am doing right now i am quite sure that it will dry up in just couple of weeks
And yes i plan to keep this site and JV with someone if i don't get the required amount
