I bought the 150 mixed PR package to test these links. First of all their customer service is great and all questions get answered quickly. More importantly these links work. Ahrefs hasn't picked up most of the links yet but there's already been a noticeable increase with the main term for a new site going from #33 to #11. Great service!

the next payment would be March 1st. We drip the PR links by default over a few days to ensure a steady velocity and avoid a sudden influx of incoming links.
