v1.16.2
Hey Sweetfunny, Thank you so much for the update! It's amazing as always!! It's really cool how you/the scrapebox team keeps updating after years. I literally don't know many companies (even outside of SEO) that care like that about their customers AFTER they've purchased the product. Anyone who hasn't bought scrapebox yet, I would definitely recommend it!!!!!! It's simply amazing, even after all these years.
Also question for loop: is email still the best way to contact you? I have a question if you don't mind
Email is best, although you can pm me here too. Im in the middle of selling my house at the moment and we have an offer and inspection is monday and my life is a bit upside down. Wife is sick, 10 month old is still sick and all that jazz as well. So Im just behind on my personal email, when I have to choose between it and sleep, I try and do it but when I wake up on my desk more then once I call it quits, lol.
So I did get 5 private proxies to try and do number search range like "site:url.com + $40..$80 + Keyword" and set it to only have 1 connection at a time and after getting only about 2000 urls all 5 of my private proxies got blocked by Google. However before trying it I did search on these forums for the best way to use private proxies with ScrapeBox, but everyone was saying that all you need is a random delay of 1 to 3 sec, which is what I did, but I now see you said to use more of a random delay between 45 sec and 1 min. I believe that my private proxies are not completely dead and I just need to give it a few hours, but even if not I can get 5 fresh proxies from my proxy provider, but when I do get 5 working proxies again will adding a delay of 45 sec and 1 min or maybe even higher, I'm fine with it taking a few days as long as it gets the job done without getting blocked, make a difference or is it more likely that Google will instantly block them again after just a few harvest and I should just give up on the idea of using "site:url.com + $40..$80 + Keyword"? Also would it maybe make a difference if I removed "site:url.com" and just had "$40..$80 + Keyword"?
Also I can't seem to get it to work, but is there any way to do a number search range like "$40..$80 + Keyword" for search engines other then Google, so for AOL, Bing and Yahoo? Really for what I am trying to do it's not that dependent on it needing to be Google and it sounds like the other search engines are less ban happy, but I can't find anyway to do "$40..$80" in other than Google.
Thanks
Well google is going to block that query quicker then a standard keyword only search, so I would make sure you to go settings and untick the use custom harvester as well as the use multi threaded harvester. Then do the delay, but I would do no less then 45 as you noted. You can manually modify the configuration file, located in the configuration folder - which is inside your scrapebox folder.
Look for
RndDelayMin=1
RndDelayMax=2
That is in seconds, so you could set it to like
RndDelayMin=120
RndDelayMax=240
That would delay between 2 mins and 4 mins. So you can definitely use your query, its just a matter of how fast you can go. If you wanted to use a long enough delay, then you don't even have to use proxies. Although using 5 proxies will make it work 5 times faster and you can go lower on the delay. Try the 45 sec to 1 min and then if that does't work, just up the delay till you find your sweet spot.
As for bans, google unbans all ips typically in 24 hours or less, although if its a repeat offense I have seen it take close to 48 hours.
I wouldn't say the other engines are less ban happy necessarily, I mean some are, but I personally just never even bother with any engine except google, and I have a couple automator files that use yahoo I guess. But yahoo gets banned quicker then google with my settings.
I am a go big or go home person. so I would rather master google and know the ins and outs and not bother with any other engine, as opposed to try to chase down the least ban happy engine. Just how I am.
I had a quick look at yahoo, and I didn't see a way to do the query you want.
Here is bings operator list, although I don't see a option to make it work there either:

Anybody use RankTracker Plugin? I would like to know whether it is any difference between SerpBook or Serp Explorer.
I use the Rank Tracker Plugin, but I do not use SerpBook or Serp Explorer. So I can't give you a comparison however I can say that the rank tracker gets the job done. It tracks rank for the 3 major engines, including their variations from around the world. It provides handy charts and it can run with a scheduler, so it runs when I sleep. I set delay to 45 and o not use proxies, even with google and it works flawlessly.
I tried out the new browser ping mode and can't get it to show up in the analytics of my site. Actually, not even the reg. ping mode did it ever show the hits. Am I doing it wrong?
I add a list of sites I want to ping
I add a list of referrers
I tick the ping mode box
I specify the numbers of pings per url
And lastly, for the new browser plugin ping option, I tick the option via "settings" at the top
And nothing. Do I need to add a list of IP addresses somewhere, either with working proxies, or just a list of IP addresses I want showing? Or anything else? Hopefully someone can chime in on this with a solution.
Thanks.
You need working proxies. If you want 100 hits per url, you need 100 working proxies. Analytics software, as a general rule, will only record 1 unique visit per IP per day.
Im working on a video for this, if I can get it wrapped up, Ill launch it tomorrow.
Guys, when you're harvesting using a large keyword list and you stop scrapebox, is there a way to continue scraping from the last harvested keyword?
If you use the multi threaded harvester, you can export uncompleted keywords. Go to settings and untick "use custom harvester".
