What I do with this Scraped content site

Hi every one .
the thief I face up are a little bit smart this time . he not copy and paste from my blog to his site .
her grab part from my site contents keep same title and put it in URL too ..
He add some automatic words at the beginning of the article in H2 tag he strip all HTML tags including photos .
And the result he appear on first page of Google search result (if I first he come second If I 3th he come 4th of 5th etc) .
^^ of course all that in my low competitions keywords . but still make me mad . + been have duplicated contents now .
What I done report Google for spam search result twice and nothing happened until now .
I have His WhoIs info He using wordpress he using Adsens his site registered and hosted with GoDaddy.
So how can I stop him for good .

yeh this is one of ideas keep it last because such people will not stop if they banned from adsense . to be honest first idea of was DDosAttack or any thing keep his site offline for week or two that will be perfect form me specially the Stupid Google drop my site since this ass start copying from my blog due to duplicated contents .

Secondly, that's really just a shitty way to get your point across. It costs providers thousands of dollars and truly is a "nobody wins" scenario - especially if he's using cloudflare.

OK I didn't think on it that way yeh I thing DDosAttack will effect on other sites not relative to him . so I'll forgit about it now .specially he didn't use his own server .
to be honest this guy make me lost a lot .. my site was ranking very well specially with low competitions keywords but this shit screw everything I done for whole year . before two weeks from now I was having 50K unique visitor/day but now I struggling to keep it on 20K .

yeah its really frustrating when someone steal the thing you work hard for. I've experienced it and it really annoys me at first. But i didn't come to the point of ddosing or giving my competitors some negative attack. I don't want to play nice here, what im trying to point out is that instead of thinking ways on how to make your competitor go down, think of it as a challenge. Continue what you are doing best don't forget to link your blog/website to G+, claim authorship, share your contents on your personal FB, twitter, and other social media pages. So you will have a proof in case google confuses you as the one who is copying.

OK everyone just want to Add this . Google Ban his Adsense Account and drop his site form search result ..
I was not willing things go this far specially banning his/her account but I already warned him before I report To Google but he didn't replay to me so got what he deserve .
