Completely depends on the account you buy and how active
the friends are on the account. How much do you really think
you are going to get with Fiverr? The guy selling the accounts
will probably make more than you.

If you are going to do it then buy some real accounts.

Definetly depens on what you're promoting. Try to sell general stuff that would work worldwide and for pretty much any age. Those posts are not targeted at all so you need something to cover most people's needs.

Many Fiverr sellers are scammers, so there's a fairly good chance that the Twitter or Facebook accounts they're using don't have real, human subscribers. Of those that do, few will be interested in buying a Clickbank product as a result of a tweet, so your conversion ratios are going to be low.

At best, it's shotgun marketing. At worst, it's a long-shot gamble.

I wouldn't bother.
