Here is my honest opinion as to use of this service so far. Purchased it for 7 sites. The first one on January 3, 2014. I see a lot of remarks about responding back from OP. He takes between 2hr to 15 hrs to Skype back, but he does Skype back. So I would say he is pretty responsive. I don't think any of the providers on this site are going to hit you back immediately. As to quality of product, I am still waiting to see. I should have my first results somewhere around the 17th, 2014. That will be exactly 14 days from date of purchase. How that plays out I will update you. This provider has assured me that this will work and I should see first results in 14 to 15 days. When I say first results, I do not mean first page, but some pretty good improvement. I will look forward to that.

i had a long chat with the OP on skype support.. he said my site would be fixed asap.. it had some page penality before.. and now the whole website is being penalized and have disappeared from google!
ive been trying to get hold of webjourney account on skype, but it is always offline and no response when i leave any message.

please clarify what is happening or refund the money!

after having a long chat with the OP on skype, he said his team is already working on the issue as some other clients were hit... but my website is still being penalized and have been denied a reconsideration request by google.
Ive been waiting for him to get back to me on this but he didn't and when i approached him again, he said that he found a few links which could be the issue and those are not made by them and then he went all silent on me again.
Ive been trying to contact him again after that to sort this out but apparently there is nothing he can or want to do about the issue. I've waited enough and now i need my money back. please refund my money and we can leave it at that.

Hello Gabriel, as far as my discussion goes with the OP, I think we are clear with what I want. I have taken Team 5 which is the most expensive and with most number of backlinks. I only wish to have top position nothing below for my main keyword and the rest on first page. This is the most essential part of our strategy. I actually was doing the marketing of the websites myself untill some time ago using Senuke Xcr in tier 1, Scrapebox in Tier 2 and Xrumer blast as the final cherry on the cake, with best results showing up for my websites. With all targeted keywords being in top 5 ranks however I also run the other parts of the business so it is very painful to manage everything at a time, which is only reason I wish to outsource the seo part and I as off now think I have given it in right hands.

Before anybody even suggests this is either a fake or a paid review, buzz off. As stated earlier, I purchased 7 Team 2 packages and chatted with OP. I had some concerns and this post does not address results. What it does address is responsiveness of the OP. Guys, he is legit. He Skypes back pretty fast and pays attention to his clients. He found something I had done wrong and he straight up took the time to explain what I was doing wrong and told me what he needed me to do for me to help myself. This is what I need from a vendor. Not empty promises. Now to see the results.
