Its a scam! I hired 2 packs and waited all the time they told me but nothing.. they said its just a matter of time to see my websites on first page, but I hired since July 2013 and nothing happens, completely useless and worse every day.
I think they dont want to do the correct job because Im not in USA so they think 'he is not a problem'...

i had a long chat with the OP on skype support.. he said my site would be fixed asap.. it had some page penality before.. and now the whole website is being penalized and have disappeared from google!
ive been trying to get hold of webjourney account on skype, but it is always offline and no response when i leave any message.

after having a long chat with the OP on skype, he said his team is already working on the issue as some other clients were hit... but my website is still being penalized and have been denied a reconsideration request by google.
Ive been waiting for him to get back to me on this but he didn't and when i approached him again, he said that he found a few links which could be the issue and those are not made by them and then he went all silent on me again.
Ive been trying to contact him again after that to sort this out but apparently there is nothing he can or want to do about the issue. I've waited enough and now i need my money back. please refund my money and we can leave it at that.
