i had a long chat with the OP on skype support.. he said my site would be fixed asap.. it had some page penality before.. and now the whole website is being penalized and have disappeared from google!
ive been trying to get hold of webjourney account on skype, but it is always offline and no response when i leave any message.

please clarify what is happening or refund the money!

I am a very long time member, and tried literally hundreds of services, but beware people:

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES EVER!

I know a lot of people read the comments I write and send me mails and pm's and ask what's good. But for this service, run away and very far from this guy.

This is a total scam!

I started first with team 3. Went good, nothing wrong. After that I tried 2x team 5. I actually was doubting a bit because the communication via Skype was bad, but I thought, let's give it a try. Well, after 2 weeks the sites got a penalty and all of a sudden there is no more feedback, no more contact, no more reply on Skype. They are ignoring not only me, but read more posts from other members, they are ignoring 80% of all the people!

DON'T BUY THIS SERVICE. They run away with your money, your sites get a penalty and you get no answers from them.

They just run away with your money!

Wow that is just really bad Marketing and some Desperation... I bet is seller trying to make service good look, personally mate, I am waiting for them to respond me for the the last 10 days and no response after 5 emails or trying to chat with him on skype and seller just ignores you, so, I am giving them 24 hours if there is no solution and seller stays with same attitude, then I will share my real experience and review with this seller and I will detail you exactly why not to use this service, and just for everyone to know, what people been complaining about communication, believe me is really true and if you don't then just have a look on this seller website and you will see they have removed the option to chat with them, I wonder why.
