Paypal Dispute

Hello friends,

I have sent $80 to my friend as a personal payment. He promised to give it back after 1 week. But he
scam me. Now he was block me on Facebook So, I try to open dispute for that Transaction.
But i got an Error.

" We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly. "

So this mean I lost my money ? Is there anyway to get my money back ?
