They are safe as they can be for linking to money site. We survived all network drops during last year. We invested lots of time and other resources in making everything we can to create the process that is pretty bulletproof. Of course, you can never be 100% sure for potential future changes, no one can, and it would be unprofessional from me to claim different, but we took all the actions we could to prevent any kind of unfortunate event. So, basically, it's up to your preferences how you want to use them.
