To answer your question, this is indeed SAPE (as has been mentioned throughout the thread). However, it bears saying that we have extensive custom filters in place which ensure that you only get the highest quality links available and only from English sites. This is the reason why this service continues to kick ass almost one year later.The tier 2 contextual links are always recommended as they help improve the indexation rate of the high PR links. We have had some people request to make the tier 2 links optional though, hence why it is now a choice. The buffers are only recommended if you plan to use this service on a long-term site which you want to shield from all risk.

You can submit as many URLs/keywords as you want but we advise to keep it to 5 URL/keyword combinations per 100 mixed high PR links for best results. You can indeed submit URLs from different domains with one package.

1. Our service works quite well for foreign sites, especially since it's a tad easier to rank in countries that don't use Google.com as their main SE.
2. You can replace them every month. We will provide you with a form that you can submit to change the URLs/KWs for your subscription.
