Ordered a VPS earlier today. I am not a very technical guy so I asked if they could help me with the installation. They did. I was up and running with my VPS for my PPV campaign in like 30 min.

Am I the only one who can never connect to the operator on hostStage's online chat support? When I click on it and fill out my details it says that representative would connect but this actually never happens (had chat window opened for over 30 mins and nothing) while the status of chat support was Online. And this has happened several times already for past 3-4 days, Support ticket replies aren't fast at all as well
I have been using hostStage last year and I remembered this company till now because of their ABSOLUTELY PERFECT support (I even remember the names of the operators!!!), Please guys don't touch the support quality!
Anyway the service and price is still very great and I hope support issue is only because of the Christmas & New Year days!
