Hi there, legit independent human being here.

I've received the trial license and now I'm struggling with the GUI. CS appears to just crash when something unexpected happens (i.e. trying to delete several captcha types in the Destruction Kit causes my CS to just close), is this intended? I'm also trying to train it with several thousand solved reCaptchas, but it crashes when trying to import them all (I've successfully imported smaller quantities, but I see no reason why it should crash).

Some doubts:

- Is this approach correct? "Define reCaptcha type -> load tons of images with answers -> train OCR" ? Or there is a particular way of doing things that I'm missing?

- CS doesn't seem to be intercepting captchas sent to DeathByCaptcha (host: api.dbcapi.me, ports: 8223-8230), should I enable CSSE? (it was mentioned as not-necessary earlier in this same thread)

Data:

+ It's running on a 64-bit Windows 7, Windows XP SP2 Compatibility Mode.

+ I only require it for reCaptcha, and will probably buy it if I can achieve 10%+.

+ I've a lot of solved reCaptchas to train it.

Edit: DBC Ports are now correct.

you could have saved yourself tons of time with just a tiny bit of homework. This is probably the most frequently asked question about Captcha Sniper. Recaptcha cannot be solved using Captcha Destruction Kit. CS has an internal hard coded algorithm, which currently gets a low success rate < 5%, but will solve some. There is currently no desktop solver on the market which can handle Recaptcha, even despite the %'s that some (other) products claim, which are not even close to being reality.

However, CS does have Spamvilla and DeathByCaptcha integrated for this type of captcha which are currenlty the best solutions going. And yes, to emulate DetahByCaptcha, you will need to use CSSE :)

How well can this Bot Crack Hotmail Blue Captcha? or the AOL email captcha?

Neither of these types are supported. You could probably train CS for the aol email captcha with a decent %, but the hotmail will not be very well as this required a custom hardcoded algorithm specific to hotmail. I see you're a CB user, I wouldn't trust the solve rates for these two that are published in there, as these rates are notorioulsy way off base.

How many different types of Captchas can your bot solve? Not looking for success rate just amount it can actually solve. For example it can solve 600 do not include ones that are unknown and the bot trys to solve :). Its a great feature but i want to know the real number it can even be Recaptcha but as long as your bot was coded for that :). even if its 1% solved. Like I can tick the box. Thanks sorry just comparing even though i bought CB I might buy CS as well to have both :) I already own ur forum bot and love it.

CS comes loaded with 698 individual captcha type definitions with very few duplicates. Its hard to get a total count since there is some overlap that is put in for the aid of captcha type detection. This number is meaningless when comparing to CB. CB counts the exact same captcha type as multiple types. Example: in CB, open the node under blogs for KeywordLuv, you will see 1 for blue, 1 for green, 1 for yellow, 1 for red. They do this to ease the type detection, but its counted as 4 different types, when in reality, its one single captcha type and one single piece of code generating the captcha. CS counts this as 1 type only and doesnt need to seperate them by color for detection. There are countless instances of this in CB where a single type is counted as multiple.

But I digress .... suffice to say that pretty much every type will be present in both applications, with the odd exception here and there. While I've been accused of 'stealing' types from CB, in CB you can actually see CS naming conventions for captcha types (they have a prefix of the letter'u'), so I'm not sure where they get off accusing me of stealing, especially since the entire concept was pioneered by me and then ripped off by CB.. But again, I digress :) There is no tick box for Recaptcha but it is indeed coded to solve it but in a low % success rate. Glad to know that you love Forum Bot :)

What shall I do to be able to use DeathByCaptcha as a secondary service? I've been trying to send the hard to solve captchas to DBC, but every time CS receives a "hard to solve captcha" it just crashes and does nothing, thus my success rate is 0%. Anything I could do to solve this problem? Using CSSE seems to be causing issues as well - it doesn't show any captcha being solved, but SOME (only some) websites in SENuke get accepted and I don't really know if it only sends the captcha to DBC or uses CS first and if it cannot solve the captcha it sends it to DBC.

You've probabaly got the wrong credentials entered into the DBC fields and its actually not crashing. If you watch it for a second, you might see the title bar, say "not responsding" , but this is just a windows thing and the app will be fine as soon as the call to DBC times our comes back. Please verify your DBC credentials and try it again. Theres no need to use CSSE, this will just complicated things for you. If you need further assistance, please contact me on skype ~ imbotz ~ or via email ~ [email protected] :)

And a few days later it happened again; CS (4.4) eating up 98-99% cpu.

Well, now the program solves recaptcha with DBC, but the problem is that I have to wait around 2 minutes before it responds again and then it starts solving the captchas normally. Everything cool, but in the meantime, SENuke marks all the unsolved captchas (99%) as failed and my campaign goes to waste.

As we live in completely different timezones, I've sent you some screenshots with description of the problem :)

Can captcha sniper works automatically like captcha breaker. Captcha breaker work faster too.

What a silly question! Why don't you read previous posts? CS is the first desktop based auto captcha solver in market. It is fastest captcha solver and works automatically, similar to captcha breaker.

There are plenty of comparisons here at BHW that you can refer to when making your purchasing decision. Of course, if you ask me and many users which have compared both, you'll find Captcha Sniper to be faster and more accurate than Captcha Breaker :)

Indeed, well said keizer :)
