Please Critique my Link Building Process

Today I-

Downloaded GSA Search Engine Ranker/Captcha Breaker Trials and used them to make a variety of about 140 verified backlinks (I used spun content & public proxies).

I sent these links to my Tier 2 site which is a Blogspot with 1 article on front page and an About Us page. There are 2 inner page links and 1 main page link to my Tier 1 site.

So, my question-

Am I doing everything correctly?
I have seen no page growth, probably because none of these links are indexed... how do I do this?
What can I do to improve? (i.e. additional software, methods, services, etc).

I don't have a lot of money, but please recommend both Free and Paid options to improve my SEO efforts.

Cheers- Hopeful

You've got the concept down, but since you're not going the 'quality' route (ie; you used spun content, and automated backlinking), then you really need to scale up the 'quantity' to see results. One blogspot site is not a backlink profile, and 140 links isn't enough juice to make that 1 blogspot backlink worth much.

Thank you for so many replies everyone!

After reading what you all wrote, I want to clarify that my Tier 1 site is high quality, hand written content.

Seems like my Tier 2 site needs to be expanded to multiple sites with more content (preferably hand-written).

The only thing I still am wondering about is how to get my backlinks indexed quickly so I can start testing to see if they are working to boost my site?

I am interested in GSA Indexer as it is inexpensive, but from what I have read it seems other services are better?

Is there any way to index my links manually?

Cheers- Hopeful

He probably means that posting a tweet on Twitter that has your link. You can use Bot for this.

Sounds simple enough, thanks for explaining that. I'll have to try it.

Care to explain more on how to do this right? A few examples would be helpful.

Good question, hopefully we get a response.

Anyway, still looking for help with indexing the backlinks I'm creating.

I know that there are services which do this, but I'd like to do it manually or with software/bot myself.

Spinning "the right way" requires a lot of time and is really tedious. You have to write multiple sentences for every sentence, then swap out phrases and spin on a word level, then include html for images / videos / links that varies, ie;
Code:
Google sees <a href="url" title="title">Anchor</a> differently than <a title="title" href="url">Anchor</a>, simply because the syntax is in a different order. You can increase uniqueness of your article by swapping around variations of html code on top of the other spun content.

Example 2:
{<a href="url" title="{title|title2|title3}">{Anchor1|Anchor2|Anchor3}</a>|<a title="{title|title2|title3}" href="url">{Anchor1|Anchor2|Anchor3}</a>}

I just read out the whole thread, everyone is talking to each other not to the OP, lol.
OP I'd recommend you to try instantlinkindexer service for fast indexing, you can find the official thread here in BST section. Its monthly charges based service. But if you're looking for one time purchase solution then GSA SEO Indexer is good.

NOTE: I'm not affiliated to instantlinkindexer nor gsa indexer.

The GSA indexer is pretty cheap and works a dandy. I use it....works just fine, though I wish it had more options for configuration.

Thanks for the recommendations! For the price, GSA Indexer does seem like a great deal.

Can either of you explain how it works though?

I really want to try and understand how links are indexed.

I really want to try and understand how links are indexed.

Indexers make the page containing the link easy to reach by robots....either by exposing the page url to a high traffic source or to a page frequently visited by the search engine bots....thus the link gets a fast lane into the index.

Very helpful!

But... you don't happen to know where I can find those high traffic sources or a tutorial on how to manually index backlinks?

I've tried searching, but I've had trouble finding quality information on how to index backlinks... everyone seems to just recommend services.

The most prevalent thing people say is "pinging", but I don't really understand what that is?

Thanks- Hopeful

Indexing links means getting the page which contains your link into the search engine's brains. From that definition you can probably see how it works: indexing links is simply indexing the pages that contain a link to you so the search engines see the link. It's no use having a link on a page which is not on the engine's main brain.

Oh Ok! Thank you for the reply... so would submitting my blogspot to "pinging" websites be useful... or should I be pinging the sites with my link placed on them, so they are thus updated/my link is added into the search engine?

Focus on manual backlinking for the best results and keep away from software.

if you need a good guide on advanced spinning. try Matthew Woodwards guide. i cant post the url but google his advance spiining with TBS. Its an excellent guide and i use it on all my articles. its simple with this to get human readable content for 100:1 ratio.

Oh and when i said simple.. it is, but that doesnt mean no work... expect to spend hours of tedium going through it. But compared with trying to write 100 articles.. worth the effort
