I purchased level 1 days ago. You have not responded to your emails and I still have not been set up yet for a VPS. Last four of transaction 6405H. I would like this set up right away.

This is very unlikely. There is currently no pending orders for level 1 VPS. They all have been processed within a few hours. You haven't probably received our emails, could you check your spambox?

I will have more clients in near future. I am going to use SEO tools as well.
Should I buy single VPS where I can host my clients websites and install/use SEO tools as well ?
Is it a good Idea ? Is yes,

1. What level of VPS server should be sufficient ?
2. Window/ Linux ? ( All websites are in php/mysql )

Actually, it is generally a bad idea and i wouldn't recommand it.
There are a lot of reasons to avoid to combine websites hosting and SEO tools.
SEO tools ressources usage can be very high and use all your VPS ressources which would affect your web hosting feature of your VPS.
You are hosting your clients websites and it has to be good.
You can go for either a reseller account or a linux VPS along with cPanel. It is meant and developped for this very purpose.
You can isolate your clients from each others by creating a different cPanel account per website and benefit from a central management platform.

I wont be using my VPS anymore, and I got automatically charged yesterday because I forgot to cancel the auto approved paypal payment.

The payment was for $12.95 and the PP transaction ID ends in: 3914U

I contacted support but they don't seem to read all the tickets.

Service was great, but I needed more resources with the same budget, so I had to change

I checked and indeed the refund are issued. To clear the subject, we always refund the overpayments in less than 24 hours.

I sincerely hope you'll come around and knock our doors for your next VPS. Our pricing model is defined for a reason we didn't throw our price out there to make atrocious amount of money or randomly cause it felt nice.
The pricing model is defined for the use of SEO Tools or ressources intensive applications which limits the number of VPS per node to the lowest. That policy allows also to display a great uptime (we have some nodes with 100% uptime over the whole 2013 year) and a limited amount of problems which makes us the choice of many Forex VPS users or Windows VPS web hosting users as well.
Yet, if you compare our offer with many we are one of the lowest ones in terms of price with an untouched quality.
Also, we do separate our linux VPS from our Windows VPS (different hardware, different configuration, different network for different needs).

I have answered thoroughly this question a couple of minutes ago through PM.
Our VPS are designed to run SEO tools which involves many technical aspect and some support skillset, but the VPS doesn't include licenses nor the softwares by default.
Please note, that the business model to offer SEO tools along with your VPS is requiring nulled / shared software licenses which is against the terms of services of the software you would use.

You wouldn't need a domain at all, we would allocate an internal domain name for your VPS. You can use your VPS with only your IP address, or you can request us to activate your domain name for you so you can reach it with that domain as well.
