Google is suspending accounts for Tech Support

Adwords accounts are getting suspended if used for technical support in India. I am a novice in adwords but I have many clients who are interested in running their ads. Please help if there is a way to overcome this problem.

Do they give a reason why they are banning them?

If its a legit company, which has a legit address and phone number, then everything should be fine in my opinion.

If a website is selling technical support for computer and then using adwords on that website, google is suspending their adwords account in India don't know about other countries.

Google has suspended over thousands of accounts in October.
And everything was legit.

Maybe you got cause/consequence wrong? There must be something else they're cracking down on. I assure you computer tech support is NOT even close to breaking their TOS, in fact it's a great niche for Google and expensive for advertisers.

How about you try to run an ad promoting Technical Support for a company?

If they ban the ad, ask them why and whats wrong.

The best way to find out whats wrong.

They are banning accounts for small companies and all the big companies are still in the game

I wonder where you got this news from. I don't see anything happen lately, since a couple of my friends are still running their ads without any issues and adwords is their main source of prospects.

Google has decided to BAN PC Technical Support Adwords account in late September this year. Only way to run PPC for PC Tech Support is with Bing only! But the traffic is very low as compared to Adwords!
And Google has suspended Tech Support accounts due to User safety policy.
