To have this message displayed, there are 2 sources possible. Either, you were trying to order another item which isn't a Windows VPS. (Linux VPS?) or you have choosen a greater billing period (quaterly, semi annually).

Affiliates goes through a manual approval. Send me your email address through Private Message so i can activate it for you. For your information the affliate program is really interesting giving the commission you would receive (15 to 30% recurring per product sold).

The learning curve to host websites on a windows VPS doesn't come easy.
Hosting on Windows VPS are mainly for 2 different profiles of customers. Either you are very cumfortable to manage IIS or you have websites using Microsoft tech (ASP.net)
It is best to go for a linux VPS along with cPanel ( a little more pricey) but it worth it.
You can also consider a shared / reseller web hosting as well.
Do you have a link that I can try to test out the download speed from my country to your server?
I've previously tried out a few VPS servers and it is really disappointing that despite the great features, I have difficulty to run my programs because it was really laggy to even move my mouse.
