I will be needing VPS for seo tools, after reading the thread are these types of networks often under attack? The thread was pretty long, but the jist seems to be that the VPS users do not have a long term problem, the sites just get transferred to new servers to bring them back up. Thanks for the clarification

How do i get a roating IP setup?
If i choose this method can i use the VPS for bulk e-mailing? I have private proxies to use with this as well, if allowed.

Looks like there is a lot of unanswered questions, and we don't receive email notifications. Here you go for all the answers you are looking for.
1) There is no lifetime discount currently available. You can get discounts by either redeeming one of the coupon available or even go for a long duration where you can get a discount of the monthly based price. The reason is that we have an established business model for this range of VPS. If we interact on the price of one VPS we have to set more VPS on the same node, which would decrease performances. And we don't do exceptions of course.
2) Yes, you can Scrapebox without proxies
3) Yes, you can use GSA without proxies but the forum spamming module
However, while it is possible to use it without proxies, to avoid your IP to be blacklisted and affect your SEO campaigns, proxy rotation remains recommanded.
4) The activities which aren't allowed for differents reasons either ethical or involving performances black hole are :
- SeedBox / torrent as main activity 24/7 -> Disk Access issue
- Hacking related activities which includes (not thouroughly) : brute force, emission of DDoS attacks, SQL injection, DNS poisonning and so ..
- Hosting highly unethical files - Underaged adult content -> One of the only case, we would work with authorities and comply to any demand.
- Email spamming - Email Scams
- Forum Spamming withouth strictly anonymous proxies.
The spirit of these limitations are to optimize the performances for everybody, to avoid our network to be red flagged and to avoid any activities that we consider unethitical.
You can use the coupon 30WINBHWOFF which would lead the price to $8.95 for your first month. Please note that the price of the VPS will soon increase with our next gen of Windows VPS to come and the level 1 may not be sold anymore. Just a quick hint, the performances gain will be huged but if you are after a level 1 now it is the time to get one

We don't expressively allow it, but we won't scan for such content. In front of DMCA complains, it would be forwarded and we would ask you to remove the content, to prevent any escalations.

You are raising a very interesting point. We are pushing a website full update and indeed renewing our Linux OS is one of the top priorities. We already have Ubuntu 13.04 (13.10 remains in beta) and we will be updating the others, they are all server edition but you can set up Gnome / KDE along with VNC.

As of DDoS attacks, they are now fully absorbed and contained. Regarding the windows VPS there isn't any problem of this kind so far. The issue we went through 4 weeks ago was about a shared web hosting server. That said, all our network is under the same DDoS potection which includes Windows VPS and Linux VPS. The dedicated servers aren't protected yet though.

Bulk Emailing is very specific and we don't specially seek for this kind of activities giving the problems we faced in the past. Also, we are carefully managing our IP stock as IPv4 is soon facing a depletion.
But dealing with IP rotation, you can look at postfix which allows this kind of configuration. There are a lot of tutorial to achieve the set you wish.
