I was planning to sell my private island "Porte Le Duff" for about $4,800.000

I reckon you might just be able to reach the fee(thats a BHW special price)

It has an airfield, helipads and a 159 room luxury spa resort. Its down in the Riviera but you wont see it on a map as I made it noindex to Cartographers.

Of course there is a really (like really) big trust issue here. I have never seen any of you in real life so how would one know that your 'buddy' will not scam you?

Need to come up with a solid plan there and if you got that down, it may work.

OP, forget all this $10 in the kitty idea.

What people should be doing is developing relationships with other entrepreneurs and like minded business people.
When you have a small group of such people then you can JV or do business WITH them.
