Apps Sales - Growing but need help.

About a year ago, I read somewhere on here about apps. So I took action

I used to sell/create websites. I've seen a ton of posts on BHW that state to call on businesses who don't have a website. Well, what I found now-a-days, is businesses who don't have a website, don't want a website. But they all seem to be into apps. If you can show a business how to prosper or grow from having their own business app in the google and apple marketplace, you can write your own check!

I have sold and created apps now for a year. Some weeks I make squat, then the next week I get 5 sales (at 1500 to 1800 per sale, some less) -
I Host their app and do maintenance as well, which makes me residual income monthly (or yearly)

I want to expand, I want to make $100,000 per month which equals about 66 Apps a month , give or take.
I want to use "WhiteHat" to grow my business and I want to acquire sales people.

Besides using SEO for my site, anybody have any ideas how to get free facebook likes, and hire "good" people using
the net?

1. Using software to search businesses by type, and then email business owner or contact page.
2. I do Business Door Knocking
3. and two sales reps locally and one in another state. (but they do it very part time)

Not necessarily, price is negotiable. If he's seriously making 7500 dollars some weeks, and is in the position to expand to a 100,000 dollar a month business, but doesn't have the creativity or know-how to do so, then quality advice is as good as gold. Especially if he's forecasting 1,200,000/year lol.
