Hey BHW ..

I am planning on making a huge batch of autoblogs, I want to see how they work out :) Does it make a difference if I use .info or .com? I can purchase approx. 100 domains from Godaddy for $100 if I go with .info. However, I will only be able to purchase 10-15 .com's for that price.

Let me know your feedback. :) Also, what do you guys personally use? :D

Thanks!!

why not make subdomains? They will have the same IP...but you can have unlimited ones like

sex.mydomain.com
shiaznit.mydomain.com
garbage.mydomain.com
cool.mydomain.com

and so forth...a decent hoster has unlimited subdomains...

As for *.info...i recently heard many people having actually the same results as with .com...i personally hate 'em tho.

I have been thinking about subdomains .. I think subdomains give good results only when the main domain has a high PR and a lot of pages indexed. I will probably end up using .info .. .com is too expensive for now

if main domain got problems and banned then all are banned
lol...
.info is good ^^

Technically you could have the subdomains have their own IP if you had a flexible hosting setup. :)

.info is good enough for an autoblog, especially if you're making a huge batch.

interesting. just got me a VPS...i am sure it would work. Might ask them for a deal of IPs.

by the way..the art is not to get them banned in the first place :)

dont forget to renew the .info's they the regular price as the other domain extentions usually.

I get just as good results with .info as I do with .com

exactly.. don't use sub domains.

I use subdomains all the time. If you concerned about the main domain getting banned, set up a whitehat site on the main domain. You can also put the subdomains on a different ip address than the main domain. If you domains are with godaddy, just go into total dns control and point * to your other ip address.

theres another discussion on .info domains about the pricing of domains, the only thing that can become a problem is if you want to continue the life span of the .infos although they are cheap now - remember at renewal godaddy will charge your about $7.00 lol so remember to set aside $700 to renew your domains in the even you decide to extend the life of your .infos :)

if your going to do it long term and are confident your gonna get the $$$ and you got the $$$ to invest get the .com

if not get the .infos at least it will offset the cost for 12 months :)
