Hello, can you make it available to change to timezone in our accounts. Its hard to know when are the tweets gonna be posted if the timezone is different.

It uses the same timezone as your local computer. You can simply change the timezone on your own computer to change the timezone on website. All the calculations are automatically handled by the server to accommodate the changes you make.

You missed the premium plus spot by the margin of just 1. However I have upgraded your account to Premium. You can avail the additional features now.
You can not load external files. However, you can still use our bulk updater by simply pasting all your tweets in the given format. Let me know if you have any questions on that.

Yes ofcourse. You can definitely give it a try if you are looking for good Hootsuite alternatives. I am sure Sociota will live up to your expectations.
No it won't get you suspended. It follows back only the users which have followed you. Many of the tools already offer this service. You can easily enable/disable Auto-follow service if you do not want to use it.

Hi, I have upgraded you to premium plus. Fan Pages are automatically added when you add your main facebook account. You do not need to add them separately.
