Here is what we have been working on lately... Following are some of the screenshots and feature add-ons that are coming up on Sociota very soon...

These are just few of the prominent features that we are working on. There is a whole range of more features that we are adding into the new power packed Sociota.

We will stop the beta testing stage at the launch of sociota 2.0... so in case you want to come on board with a free premium membership please hurry up and create an account on the website before the time runs out. All the free beta members from BHW will continue to enjoy the free premium membership for another year.

Hi guys, I have been using the platform since early on when it was sociota.tk as we had a few issues we spoke on skype and you fixed the issues. I've always paid $10 a month for the service, as I don't mind paying for something that is in development so long as it works.

For the past 24 hours though I've not been able to reach your site at all, are you having technical issues?

Also, I got your email of new features, but my control panel last time I logged in a few days ago has none of these in there. I assume the release date for these upgrades is some time in the future?

Yeah it's been down for a couple of days now and no response. So if it's another 24 hours, I'll be seeking a refund on this I think and looking for an alternative option. No good for my clients accounts.

Guys - I see the new landing page for the BETA version 2 to go live in February. In the mean time, I've been paying the full asking price via Paypal subscription since I joined, as there were issues with my free 'trial' account and getting things working. So in this interim, I'm going to have to find alternative options for my clients accounts for auto follow and auto tweet and scheduled messages!

Can you refund me this month's payment at the very least and actually respond please? ... Im sure it's awesome and everything what you have planned, but it kind of sucks I have been left after paying you with no service and no communication and having to look for an alternative option for this.

I am really sorry for all the inconvenience.

We were super busy with the launch and we faced a couple of technical issues along the way. That was the reason why we had to take the decision of taking down the website for a few days.

The new version is up and running however we are still working to improve certain things. The older logins may not work at present. They will start working sometime in the current week.

About your membership, you will continue to enjoy your premium status along with the additional benefits. We understand that you are our first paying customer on sociota and we would love to see you there for a very long time. Just please bear with us for a few days.

You can also mail us or skype us directly if you face any issues in the future.

Hey bro, nice site, I would love to build off your platform if you decide to allow API access as we are looking for more alternatives, right now we are integrated with onlywire and sendible, but maybe we can have a partnership, PM me if your interested.

We just launched but off to a great start, and we will be working more on presentation but our overall stability is more important now. We will have a new look very soon as well.

These guys turned this around for me. I have spoken extensively with the Sociota team, especially Pat, and the work they had put into the platform while it was offline was absolutely worth the wait. They have been in constant touch since they spotted the thread, and that was understandable considering the massive scale of work they had on their hands moving from beta to live.

Absolutely thrilled with the Sociota experience, control panel, and level of service from these guys now they're back and with the live platform. They also managed to sort out and manage my expectations, have had me move away from Hootsuite entirely and be with Sociota for the forseable future. Great job guys!
