Nope that doesn't happen
This is why you get this cheap likes from this countries because they don't pay or are countries that are very hard to monetize them
Plus that Facebook does not have too much advertisers for this countries and they don't mind to collect as much as they can even if they are getting only pennies for this likes.

Maybe I am just ignorant about all this but if your main discussion here is just to make your page look bigger with no real value coming from the likes wouldn't it be easier to use a free service responsibly (throttle it) and save your money? I get the whole won't get likes on a page with no likes circle but I have had much (slow) success with manual like building and success with using services like AMF and some javascript (Throttling the likes targeting my audience)

I see more value in free services (again using responsibly) instead of your method and I save a few hundred dollars.

Not trying to derail your method I am sure it works wonders for you and would work for some I just don't see the benefit besides making a page look big which is exactly what AMF does too and as long as you don't use the default settings, throttle the likes slowly it works just as well and you get a more targeted collection of fans of the ones that actually stick

This will get you cheap fans, thats true, But the most traffic that are willing to purchase online or interested in online product reside in UK, US, AUS and similar countries. So you are getting fans for cheap but loosing business opportunity. The cheap traffic countries will convert less.

I gave it a shot with a small amount and the 'optimized CPM' is way far from what he posted (0.10/1000).
If the CMP would be 0.02 as in his examples it may be worth it - but as long as you can't get the ads to appear at a cheaper rate the likes you get are too expensive.
