Some things that work for me...
Get a picture of ONE of your goals, a material thing you desire - cost is not important, but the desire is. Now post that picture on your computer, in your bathroom, car, etc. - If you truly want it you will get it... It has helped me get my motorcycle and now helped me buy an RV in 2008. You must see it everyday, just like the work you see and do - but now it has purpose beyond paying bills or surviving... How bad do you want it? Someone asked that already, but it is very important.
Now you have your goal (one of them), make it a big one.
Example: If my goal requires $90,000 - then break it down... you see as an affiliate, you can put it in terms of daily income... this is how I set monetary goals now - in terms of days... That $90,000 car or whatever can be broken down into the most basic income goals... It would be a 3 year loan maybe... so that is 365 days times 3 - or 1095 days... OR, if it was a 5 year or 60 month loan, now it is even easier to achieve...that would mean I need to make about $49.32 per day for those 1825 days.
Now is the eye opener - This car or House or whatever over the 3 years will cost me $82.19 per day - So now I build an income that nets me $90 per day and I go get my car (whatever goal)...
I look at everything this way now because once started it is easy to adjust... need a raise? Tweak something to give you the extra money per day - and then go get it... It takes one maybe two times of getting your goal like this and then you never stop.... it's really cool too - because after the 1095 days at $90 per day - I have the goal, and now the loan is paid and I have another $90 per day goal I can go after the next goal. And it is no work at all this time.
I hope this can help your mindset... nothing is too big or too expensive when you work for it by the day.
Last tip; Take Action, Take Action, Take Action
All the education and friendships and forums are of no good if you never implement what we learn. Go for it and fail at something a couple hundred times (exagerated), you get better at succeeding by default, but you have to do something, not just read about it or buy software, the desire to get there is the true motivator - not the money, not the car, but maybe the notariety (LOL) - Anyway, the right mindset is pinnacle.

Oh, and try this... No getting high, or having sex, or gaming online, or even BHW until you complete a task - then you get your sex or a few bong hits or whatever, but you are rewarding yourself for action, and there are no rewards if you do nothing.... no money, no sex, no getting high, no playing games - only unemployment - and maybe that IS the motivator.
