    Guys and Gals,

I'm drifting hopelessly with an arsenal of weapons but no gameplan.

I'm suffering from what is discusses many times on here, information overload and I know I need to take action?

With the tools I have it should be hard not to make money, there must be others like me?

I've got KE Elite, SEO Elite, just got Micro Niche Finder (superb program), own Blogslammer and am waiting to start the coaching.

I am member of firepow, can setup blogs, even Mu installations.

I have 2 CPA accounts, adsense, ebaypartnernetwork, amazon, clickbank, tradedoubler, commision junction.

I have resellerhosting, can ftp and register domains.

I can do basic html and I've got banner creation software.

Can SEO (with good results) for good measure.

I know social bookmarking, am a member of traffic geyser, have got twitter account generator, the superb answerye from YESNO on here.

I've even got Alexs Blackhat package on here!

I know RSS and its power, have skype and Camtasia and have every ebook ever written.

Today I had 6 hours to spare...and 3 hours in I have just flitted around...again!

Can anyone save me? I simply have to start earning...

You need to stop browsing blackhatworld, stop browsing any site, stop watching spongebob, stop multitasking. You probably have troubles focusing on something & you can't organise your stuff.

Decide what you want to do, some ideas: Blogs for adsense/affiliate promotion, Affiliate promotion with landing page + PPC, etc. Maybe you want to do CPA.

Stand back, take a look how everything is gonna work, visualize everything, check the possibilites of something going wrong, how much you could earn with the least traffic and everything.

Then start, do something, don't go back here, if you see a new method posted, start reading maybe you will forget what you were about to do and where there was a possibility to earn some bucks, you threw it away.

First off choose just one to work with. Monetize it THEN move on to the next one. Dont jump around from one to the other until you have successfully completed something.

Stop browsing the forums and internet aimlessly. Once you have choosen which network you are going to work with. Why not search the forums or the internet on how to go about it. What you can do to start earning from them. Copy every tactic you see then paste it to MS Word.

Next TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET. Now once you turn off your internet you can't browse the forums aimlessly.

So now you have which network you will work with and tactics about how to earn from them. Take out a pen and paper. Yes a pen and paper not your computer. When you write down using a pen and paper your brain tend to retain information a little easier. Start mapping out a game plan using the network you've chosen and the tactics you've learned. Write down each step your going to have to take to initiate those tactics for lets say CPAs if you chose that. Now all you have to do is follow your steps.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been there. I contribute all of my success to my pen and paper. Not any software or whatever.

If this doesn't make sense i'm sorry but i've be up for over 48 hours working now and I'm kinda starting to go stupid from the lack of sleep lol

    That's right silver.

It may sound strange, but good advice for someone as your stage is: STAY AWAY FROM BLACKHATWORLD.

You need to commit some goals to writing. Read those goals at least twice a day, and implement them.

You have suffered from information overload. But I just wonder how you could pay for so many expensive tools and services without having a plan beforehand. Give yourself a goal, a target, then choose a method that suits your circumstances. Start doing it and only consume information related to the method you have chosen. It's better to be an expert earning lots of money with a particular method, rather than know every methods without making a single cent.

If you're good at SEO then monetize... :) You're saying that you can bring in traffic? The monetize it and go for more niches.

I know how you feel. I did the same thing for months on end. With my "real job" I have tons of time available to pursue this deal. I just kept getting buried with all these so called "guru" offers guaranteed to make $xx,xxx. Like you, I also had firepow, but for the monthly subscription, I think it is a waste. You can do the same thing manually and it really doesn't take too long. Use that $100 per month on that subscription for something better.

Like most of the posters said, find something and act upon it. Don't get yourself thinking that you are immediately going to be making 100's per day. Start small and build. Get comfortable with one method and move on. Crawl, walk, run.

I have MNF as well and I think that is probably one of the greatest pieces of software. Use it. Start a WH project find those highly targeted LTK and write one article on each. Set up a blog, submit articles to ezine, add a couple drip posts to the blog....you'd be amazed at how quick traffic will flow.

But you need to take action.

I am doing exactly what you are doing - reading way too much again.
I did, a couple of months ago, throw a few ideas onto scraps of paper, throw them in the air then pick one up and stuck to developing that for a month or so and guess what, the money (although a trickle) started to come in.

Most of the guys here probably do more per hour than I made in the 2 months but its a start.

I am giving myself the next couple of weeks off but as of January I am going to concentrate on one method per 2 months and see what happens.

If I stick to the plan I would of had a crack at 6 different methods by this time next year, and hopefully one of them would be the money maker :)

The guys here have said it all before but ignore silver, you gotta watch spongebob now and again ;)

Focus, develop, reap the benefits - stick it in the idea machine and repeat.....

    Good luck :)

I'm very much like you my friend.

Maybe the difference is that i don't actually have to work to earn, so maybe even less motivation for me. But next year i want to turn over $1million, so it will be a kind of hobby. You need to make earning money feel like fun. You need to enjoy making money, rather than sitting on the forum all day watching everyone else talk about making money. That becomes a very shitty experience.

So think to yourself. Do i really, really enjoy making money? Because you don't sound like you do! You sound like you would rather play - than earn - but that's ok too. Just don't pretend otherwise.

You are just fooling yourself. If you want to play - then play but be honest with yourself. Don't worry yourself that you are not making any money when in actual fact - YOU WOULD RATHER PLAY ALL DAY.

Be a stand up guy and be honest.

Thanks for all the comments so far guys...read with interest and points noted.

Rudy..I hear what you are saying but i can assure you, IM is where I want to make my living. I would not have invested £1000's into it to play...and I have nothing to gain by acquiring these tools...for example my friends have no clue that I even chase this dream.

Man that is the truth..... I finally set my expectations small. Let it grow on its own. Rinse and repeat and before you know it, you have a nice income on autopilot.

I would agree with an above poster as well, put any BH stuff on the back burner. Get a good WH site going, get some income, then experiment with twists. I think too many people think BH consists of turning a switch and there is not work involved (I admit, I was one of these people). I think in some aspects, BH can be more intensive than a WH site.

Some very good points. I come on here to see some real experts at work..people who make good money. Its not so much the blackhat side..I just find it interesting. Although as a few people on here have said, I should stop reading!

So lets turn the question a little?

If you had the tools at my disposal..what would you do?

I'll happily follow one and give updates to help others on here

Well, Imagine someone is forcing you to work on one project, believe it will work and reach your goal. Use 'Think and Grow Rich' Formula.

Get Organized! Simpleology will help you get focused on what's important to you.

Cancel those subscriptions until you know what you want and need.

Get an egg timer program. Vow to yourself that you will work for 60 minutes before checking email. Only visit forum x once per day, stick to it.

    Out, see y'all Monday.

Totally agree with the pen and paper rule.
Write a daily list of "to do" things and stick by them. I personally start every day by writing 2 articles for one of my sites and post on ezin articals. Do not start by going onto the internet as you will loose half a day before you know it.I have been here and there is nothing worse that getting through a day and doing nothing constructive. Get through your list for the day and then and only then come to this forum or anyware else.
Some days I get so into doing my list stuff that I never even get round to this forum.
So get your pen out and start a to do list today!!

Of all the advice, tools, and info, on BHW the advice in this post is by far the most important. like me you are awash with tools, and methods, but they are not worth a £$%^ if you do not put them into action.

1: Pick one thing, almost any of the methods here from respected members.
2: Switch off the noise. All lists and offers (they are designed to get us excited and buy)
    3: Action.
    4: Action.

I did it recently and used the 60:60:30 method. I got a $2 egg timer, and worked to a written plan (do it the night before) for 60 minutes, took a 10 min break and the another 60 mins before I took a 30 min break.
I mean work though, no browsing BHW, no emails, no phone calls.

5: when that method is automated and making some money then, and only then move to the next thing.

It has taken me ages to get round to doing this, and I admit it wasn't easy, but it has started to pay dividends, mostly thanks to the people here at BHW. A big thank you to you all.

on the cusp of making money..
Excellent thread and very inspirational. I too am feeling a bit overwhelmed by information and a bit frustrated about the lack of a clear plan ( my own fault completely ), i agree the pen and paper needs to come out and one method needs to be focused on.

So see you all in a couple of months, hehe
