I am sure everyone talks so much about SEO - lot of people get confused with so many things. However I have done this post specifically for noobs and even for anyone who is sick of so much fuss about SEO can learn it in simplest form. Just remember SEO is all about the following. If you do all the following you can be ranked number one on search engines too. The key part is you have to do both OnPage and Offpage SEO.
On Page SEO (what you do on your website is called onpage seo)

1. Domain Name
2. Title
3. Description
4. Keywords
5. Content

Off Page SEO (what you do on other's website is called offpage seo)

1. Article Submission
2. Directory Submission
3. Guest Posting
4. Link Submission
5. Social Book marking/networking

Yes there are few other things, but what I stated above is the Engine and can run your business by ranking you above and beyond. Hope you will never get confused again. Drop a line or say thanks.

After you've graduated, go through your own case studies.


Once you're done with your studies, come back and open a thread.


I commend you for taking the initiative and having the motivation in giving back to the community though. Just work on the quality of what you're giving back.
