please note: shared hosting means one server with multiple users, weather it is starter plan or premium plan, if you are buying VPS or dedicated server then you will be only user who is using the server vps/server resources

I'm hoping of setting up a Private File Sharing Forum. I will be hosting files on the site and people will be downloading them there maybe some file linking could I use Offshore Share Hosting (Start Plan) for this?
I know the site might run slower as its Shared with other people on the server but is this still allowed I would probably upgrade once I start getting more of a community on the forum.
Also on shared host it says unlimited Space and Bandwidth is this true or do you only get so much as I will be using a lot of both if possible.

on shared hosting we are not allowing any one to host the files for file sharing, you can buy a vps which is cheaper now then before, on shared hosting on all the plans, you can just host your website and for the files you can upload on some file sharing site and then you can share those links on your website. but please note: if the content is related to Russia then you can't even share the links also.
