papa_ji, I'm sorry to break it to you but your support team is working very poorly, I've sent my request through ticket 14 hours ago, tried to tell you to switch my primary domain but still no response. Usually it takes 5-6 hours for you to reply my ticket, which is rather slow but acceptable, but it's getting more frustrating. I'm having many works delayed because of your slow-responding !
Please check my ticket and switch the domain already,

sorry for the delay in reply , your domain is switched to new domain as you had asked, the reason of this delay was because as you know last night there was 500 Internal error on your site, the same was there for some other sites too, because of apache issue, so we were making it sure that this issue wont happen again, because of this reason we were not switching your domain.
I hope you understand the issue, sorry for the delay.

Please note : if you are going to put the links only in your website for the movies then you can use any hosting plan, but if you want to host the movie files also on our servers, then you need atleast a good vps not shared hosting.

yes you can start with the starter plan and later you can upgrade, whenever you want to upgrade please open a support ticket and we will upgrade your hosting plan
