Unlimited hosting plan is hosted on a shared server where lots of other clients are also hosted, so the resources are divided,
in VPS you will host only your site, so what ever the amount of ram, cpu is allocated to you you will use that completly for your site only means better perfomance, no sharing, but note that in VPS you have to buy the license of whm/cpanel that will cost you additional $18 with any of the vps package.

use Business plan($3.5/m) as it comes with better resources, Note: we have cloudlinux which manager the resources of each package/account.
200 visitios in a hour or a day is not an issue for us.

papa_ji no, you get me wrong, I mean 200 visitors at the same time ! About 30k visits a day.

ok you can take a try with business plan if it works for you ok or else you can upgrade for vps, see I don't have any issue with the amount of visits per day, my server can easily allow this amount of traffic but at any time you feel that shared hosting is not working for you you can upgrade to vps,
also we have 25% recurring discount for all vps package so its good for you also. start with business plan. No problem
