If the video gets flagged by competitors or removed, that is something we have no control over. It is a risk we all run. The same way google can slap a site at any given time, even after getting an expensive "white hat" seo package done for it.

I don't understand your second question.. If you meant, if the service is for the lifetime of the video, no. As that would result in a very expensive investment on our part. For that we would have to have clients subscribe to the service.
