I have been learning from BHW for so many years and have never contributed. Bad on me. So here is something that has made me well over $30k in the last year.
I specialize in local business and have done this for many clients. I started at $5/video then lowered it to $1.00/video and even as low as $0.50/video depending on volume.
What this method does is rank local videos in position 1-3 immediately (sometimes takes up to 16 hours, but mostly within 5 minutes)
The videos are ranked by keyword + town or keyword + zip. These are all long tail keywords but in the thousands, business trickles in at the very least. This summer we were getting 15+ calls a day for one service business.
1. Get video made from fiverr.com. Green Screen or Even a premade commercial. I like the spokesperson type commercials. These can be had for between $50-$75 a pop.
2. Edit in After Effects and add Toll Free Number or Local number. Create multiple different colors for the bars as you will be spinning these later on.
3. Find the main keyword you are going after, ie; (Air Conditioning Repair) and then all similar keywords.
4. Create an CSV of towns and zips for the area you are going after.
5. Using TBS, create a youtube description with about 3 paragraphs of content and then the list of keywords below it. After each keyword add the [zip] or [town] variable for the data merge.
6. Make sure the CSV is formatted properly for the TBS data merge and then do the merge. This may take a couple go's to get the formatting and everything right, but once it's done you have your template ready to go.
7. Using Video Spin Blaster spin the videos. Take the total number of areas you are going after and divide it by the amount of variations of videos you have. Spin them all to the same folder. Order doesnt matter. Slow or Fast spin both work.
8. Buy YT PVA's from a BHW supplier, never had a problem. Stay away from Fiverr for these things, I have never had a good time.
9. Purchase private proxies. Squid or ProxyHub work well. But I'm sure most of the BHW guys are good, spread the business if you can.
10. Setup Firefox user accounts with each proxy. (LIMIT 100 videos per account, preferably 50, so do the reverse math on the proxies)
11. Login YT, choose stock photo for profile and add a description pertaining to the business (AC Repair in town - 24/7). Also set defaults to People & Blogs.
12. Grab all 50-100 videos and drop into the uploader.
13. One by one, copy and paste the text files from TBS to the videos. (See below for tips on speeding this up)
Done. I can do up to 1000 manually in an 8 hour day. It's a bit tedious, but not a bad way to earn some money. It also opens up the doors to other services as it is very impressive to local businesses to see themselves jump high in the SERP's quickly.
**TIPS**
Template: At the bottom of the template in TBS, add your Title and Keyword Tags to the bottom, in that order. So when you paste the content into the description area, you just cut and paste the title and tags right from the body of the text. Speeds up the process big time. Setting the default settings to people and blogs makes it easier also as you dont need to specify each one.
AUTOMATION:
Using Mass Video Blaster Pro - you can automate the whole thing. I upload 1500 videos in a day like this, with 1 hour of setup. I won't add the process to this because it's a bit tricky to get the CSV files right with Mass Video Blaster. But once you got the hang of it, you just rinse and repeat. Build your own flow. This is the secret ingredient to the fully automated local video business.

Most of my videos have been up for over 1 year. About 25% dropped and had to be re-uploaded because of bad YT accounts. But with the automation, you just reload new ip's and accounts and let it rip. Save the campaign beforehand. This makes giving guarantee's so much easier. I charge a small fee for re-uploads as they know before hand this is not in my control - it is in G's hand. Once the business comes in - they have no issues whatsoever.
