CPA help

Found a niche on YT.
The niche is mp3 downloads.
Through my research I found that, spread over 30 videos within 1 week >70000 views.

I know more than half those people would love to download those mp3. I know it's increasingly easy to grab mp3s from YT. I'm confident everyone is not hip to this, especially in this niche. My idea was to lock a few downloads with email submits. Reupload those videos with link to my blogger.

Heres my dilemma.
I was denied by Cleanfiles which is PPD.
I'm a member of AM which is CPA, however I keep seeing negative things about them.
I'm also a member of Peerfly which is CPA. I just read Peerfly does not allow incentive traffic.
Now I'm not sure I will be accepted to Incentfly, which seems to be a sister network.

Do anyone have any suggestions?

I guess peerfly does allow incentive offers with incent.ly that have merged with peerfly now and adworkmedia is working pretty good if you want any other network you can go with adscendmedia.
