Also, check your host file, make sure you didnt try to use some type of CRACK and have the DNS redirected.

Hey dont worry about the question at all, its why Im here; to answer them!

If you have 80 Accounts and 10 Proxies; you can use the Proxies for the Accounts. The ratio would be 8:1

That ratio is not good, since YT clamp down a lot when multiple Accounts login from the same proxy. Its best to use a ratio of 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 or if your proxies are good then 4:1, any higher and its bound to set of alarm bells on YT!

Yes, we are currently working on a new Commenter.

The thing about the new Comments System is that it relies a lot on Authority/Quality of the Accounts, Age etc as well as giving Uploaders the ability to set keywords contained in comments to automatically mark them as spam.

Well if your doing a lot of Commenting then you'll need a Captcha Service which I recommend should be DeathByCaptcha, also sometimes, but very rarely YouTube might ask for a Captcha to be filled at login or through general browsing on YouTube so its best to have a Captcha Service to pre-empt that situation should it arise.
