I was promised a 6 day turnaround on a job which had a tight deadline. Yachi even agreed to reduce $20 per day of lateness (Her offer, not mine) Needless to say 2 weeks in and I've seen nothing but a basic template with a few modifications and promise after failed promise.


I've requested a refund and will be adding this service to the shitlist if I don't receive it.

She made me aware of a personal issue (her mom is very sick), so this could be the reason why she is late on your project. So if you can please hang in there, I am sure she will get back to you as soon as she can.
