Offline CPA Idea... ACTING NOW!

I'm going ahead with this plan and setting it up now. of course anyone can do this and not compete with others because it is regional so I don't mind sharing. if you can think of anything better please feel free to improve upon it (as this idea has come from a few different people's ideas)

Step 1: set up two domains. 1) DebtConsolidationSolutions.com 2) debtconsolidationsolutions.info (doesn't matter just make it a cheap .info that relates to your domain).

Step 2: find a good paying CPA from a place like clickbank. in my example i'll choose this one:

so for this one I am getting $26.65 for each person who buys the product. I looked and the product sells for $39.97 so it doesn't seem too unreasonable for my demographic to turn this down

Step 3: print out a bunch of flyers. i also like the idea about business cards that you can find somewhere in this forum. Make sure you put your pretty looking .com domain on the flyer/business card

Step 4: set up your cheap .info with cparedirect (thanks brad). set up a decent looking auto blog (use cc or wp-o-matic). be sure to put your affiliate on the side widget area.

Step 5: get your cparedirect URL (debtconsolidationsolutions.info/?mn####) and copy this. this page will redirect people to your affiliates page. go to your pretty looking domain and have it forward users to your cparedirect page you should have copied.

Step 6: hit up your targeted groups social gathering spots. my neighborhood is $500k-$1m houses 1 year ago that are now all forclosing. people are losing their jobs. these are people who are used to living well but are now in debt, used to middle-upperclass living, and are desperate for a way out. i figure these people will hit starbucks, other local coffee shops, community centers, etc. be creative. just start whoring out the bulletin boards in these places. if i was doing a health cpa, see if you can put business cards by the front counter or a local gym or on their bullitin board if they have one. BE CREATIVE

ALL DONE! (well sort of)

Let's look at it now... we've got a lot semi-targeted customers comming to our pretty .com. they dont know it but they get routed to the .info/### which then routes them to the sales page. these people are already looking for answers and the cpa does all the work of fullfilling it for them. all you do is print out pieces of paper and leave them around while collecting $$$

now the cpa companies are curious as to why you are getting such good sales. they see you come from the .info site so they head over there. looks like a normal blog... i guess it is legit!

you can probably buy some crap traffic. you can buy some cheap stuff to send to your site so it lowers your conversion %.

i'm pretty much a newbie but this is the plan i've made. i'm sure you can switch out the cpa ad and maybe try cpc or something else. i'm not even sure if debt is a good niche. but i'm about to try.

feel free to comment on how to improve this method. remember it is geographically targeted so discussing it will not dilute it or anything (unless your neighbor is a bhw member)

hmmm actually going back over it, i'm not sure that i actually need the .info. i could just do the cpa redirect from the .com right?

edit: ok i remember why i had the two domains now. i was hearing from the valentines day thread that cpa managers look through domains for redirecting and stuff so having two domains was the solution. one redirecting one, and one legit looking one

you dont need cpa redirector and you dont need to hide offline traffic from your AM.

just tell them you are offline marketing and they wont have a problem.
before i came here and learned anything about blackhat i was trying offline marketing and never had an AM say it would be a problem.

my idea was for the cpa one where they buy stuff but if it was to say... i dunno... submit their email to find out how to get out of foreclosure, wouldnt i need the redirecting and stuff so it doesnt look like i'm spamming from all over my city or should i just let them know what i'm doing?

i was also thinking of doing online marketing too through craigslist. maybe do something on ebay. how would this affect the way i market it? i would be needing the redirection stuff right? or am i just horribly misguided lol

let them know what you are doing offline.
craigslist you definately want a redirect.

if you try offline marketing and do not talk to them about it beforehand they might be suspicious.

for people that dont know every website you visit can see your country,city,state,isp

so they will notice that all of your signups are in 1 city and if they arent aware you are offline marketing they might assume you are doing it yourself.

That's because a lot of offline marketing is having your friends sign up and it's hard to tell when all leads are from one area. Now if you sending quality leads it doesn't matter how you send them but talk to your AM tell him/her your plan. Some take it some say no just because they don't want the hassle of working pretty much.

They might keep an eye of you but what your doing is fine, your not doing anything sneaky really. OP seems to be trying to set it up like it is but none of that is needed.

Market Leverage is not too fond of offline marketing, though I guess a little time and they will like it. Most AM's (for the most part) are okay with offline and you would just need to give them an 'idea' of what methods you will do (newspaper, flyers, billboards, wristbands, etc).
Still this is pretty basic and even a few leads (1-5) should cover all expenses involved. Just use the money you make and scale it out like no tomorrow!
