Where can I get Google +1s?

I have been using addmefast for fb likes, shares and tweets, but lately I've learnt that Google+1's also help in ranking videos..so any ideas on how to get +1's? Please suggest both free and paid methods Although I'd love to get them for free..

a free way to get plus one is to email google and ask for 100 free +1 so you can test them and see if they work for what you need to do

Have you tried buying the G+? I think I saw a B-S-T around here which offered services like that. I will update this post if I find it.
