my tumblr account got banned few mins. ago 
and i had not more than 50 followers on any blog...
have to start again now...now i need a method to get new accounts. since i have managed all blogs from one account. f$#@ing static ip.

I think one account per subdomain is the way to go

So I got the hosting you recommended, setup all my social accounts except facebooks and BOOM.... Error connecting to database. Not a promising start to my hosting with them. Hopefully they will be able to solve the issue.
A couple of questions though...
You mention RSS feeds and downloading images...
Do you do both? Or just one? If I pull from an tumblr RSS feed that has images, do I still need to download them and then upload them manually?
Other than that... so far it looks very interesting.

Yeah I can't access my sites anymore getting Error connecting to database....frustrating so far my experience with arvixe earlier I couldn't get into Cpanel it kept rejecting my password when I know i had the correct one
To answer your question about the RSS feed, once the images are pulled from the tumblr accounts they're automatically posted on your blog
You could upload your own pics to your blog and if you installed SNAP (social network auto poster) then those pics you uploaded on the blog will be posted on your tumblr account as well

So are you saying that without uploading pics, no pics will be posted to Tumblr?

I have one question is there is any widget or plugin for this:
Spin imagetwist pictures (under post or banner), lets say you put 50 imagetwist links to plugin but every page load will show random picture/s from the 50 pics
or
on all blogs(or few you chose) will be iframed few imagetwist pictures but it will be easy to change from one place coz is boring to post new imagetwist pics time to time on all blogs!

There are two ways you can do this:
1) you upload pics to your blogs and feed those same pics to your tumblr accounts with SNAP
2) you RSS feed pics from other tumblr accounts directly to your blog and then use SNAP again to redirect them back to your own tumblr accounts
If you want quality pics in your blog and tumblr account you gonna have to upload some pics it give you more control.
I literally followed the guide word for word and picked up on it as i went..Just dive in and it'll all come together.

If i had multiple subdomains and was uploading manually using the schedular would this take hours of work everyday to keep adding photos??
Wouldnt it be quicker and easier to just stick to using the rss feeds??
On a second note most people are reporting around a dollar earnings per day per blog. So its going to take 100 blogs to make 100 bucks a day

Predicting income isn't a healthy practice ... jump in there, try it out and see what results you can get. Income has too many variables including niche, keywords, content, method, etc that makes it impossible to give a solid number. You can't assume that if you create 1,000 blogs, you will get $1,000 a day.
Thanks for the concise write up. I'm taking this as more of a learning experience because I am completely new to Internet marketing and found it to be nothing short of fantastic. Just last week, I didn't even know what Wordpress was and now I have a Wordpress site on my domain with associated tumblr, twitter, facebook, and email hosting. You rock!
Edit: I am now at Adding Content and Monetization. Will let you know how it goes when I have everything up and running on autopilot.
