Problem with berman hosting

Hi,

i am currently hosted with berman hosting. I got their most expensive plan and so far i had almost no problem until now. My VPS is been offline like for over 4 days now and there is no response from them at all. I always suspected the "company" is run by only one guy although recently seems like they now have more than one but that always gave the creeps.

Anyway, my site went offline first on friday and it remained so through the whole weekend. They told me they have a problem with the node and that they cant even get my data out until fixed but that they would fix it ASAP. Time went by and i realized nothing was being done most likely because they dont have anybody working on weekends so i thought if i waited until monday they would finally get to work and fix it. As of now its tuesday and my server is still offline. They havent replied either and im starting to get frustrated and nervous. What can i do in these cases? Im most worried about my data. Do you think they lost it and thats why they dont reply? Can i sue them for that or something?

I won't speak bad in their name, i never do as it remains complicated to get all the facts and be objective.
They have more likely a hardware related issue and it takes time to replace it either stock issue or a dead HDD / RAID array.
You should ask them for specific information on the issue so you can have a better idea of the outcome.

I use my Berman VPS right now. Never had problems with them and the live chat support is online most of the time.

bad luck my friend, but i am also using shared hosting of same company but never faced any big issue, as they are promises to provide support event they are doing very well, i have blog website and having shared hosting even i am getting very good traffic.
