berman hosting

I used Berman Hosting VPS to host few sites and to use some SEO tools on there. They seem to be down already for 36 Hours for me. Does any one have this problem too? And have you already received a reply from them? I created a ticket 24 hours a go, but I havent received any response yet so far.
