Thanks for your suggestion, but at present there is no plans to implement a Schedular, this is though among our To-Do-List along with the Downloader and Uploader but at this time there is no ETA on this.

It could be that your competitors downvoted your comment, try using the Browser Based UpVoter and compare your results.

I have purchased this product, I have not received the download, and I cannot submit a ticket request, as it keeps logging me out. (BTW Tried on different browsers)

No, I checked and commments didn't have votedown. And Browser Based UpVoter not work for me. It always have error when I click start.

Maybe you should check again.. Working fine here.
Also, check your host file, make sure you didnt try to use some type of CRACK and have the DNS redirected.
