Yes this is possible. On my proxies page there a "request proxy change form", if you complete that form then a ticket will be opened with a proxy change request in subject.
If you want to keep some of your proxies and change the rest you will have to open a ticket at support ...

we have a special package for instagram proxies , yes you will loose the proxies in 10 days after the due date if you do not pay them ...
