Indeed. We are facing a major issue throughout a significant share of the network.

To give futher explanations, the datacenter is implementing an Anti DDoS solution throughout there whole infrastructure and while they were replacing the main switches they have created a massive outage. They are currently addressing manually the routes from the gateways to the IPs (OSPF)

The ETA given isn't accurate. I'll give updates as soon as they are developments to the situation

The offers impacted are :

- Both Redundant Servers for the main website host-stage.net
- All Shared / Reseller Web Hosting servers
- 1 Linux VPS node


The Windows VPS nodes are all up and running and so are the linux VPS nodes / DNS nodes and all dedicated servers as well but 1.


For any Windows VPS, Linux VPS, dedicated server support requests, you can address them here through Private Message, or Skype @host-stage.


[EDIT] For the pending orders, they are currently being processed as well. The issue wouldn't impact the delivery significantly.

We are putting as much as possible so it is back on track as soon as possible. Once they have fixed the issue, it will be back online immediately. (no server restarts or anything)

Today Sept 2nd, is teh due date for the vps I bought.
But, I received 2 invoices, one for $12.95
Then I go to the Host Stage Client Area and I see that another invoice for $24.95 is pending. I mean, WTF?!?!?

I am using VPS lvl 3, so i should only pay $24.95!!!

OP, could you fix this asap?

If you could either send me a private message with your email account or send us a support ticket (way quicker to get an answer), we would of course sort it out for you.

Yes the level 3 is $24.95 and the other one shall be discarded safely. It might come from an order you didn't check out, that was kept in our system but it is easily fixable as far as we are able to identify your accunt.

Well, the downloading / uploading speed would be defined with your own connection. 500km - 700km is an excellent range to have an excellent latency (under 50ms) and therefore your user experience would be excellent.

THe downloading / uploading speed of the VPS will always remain the same (300-700mbps up and down) wherever you are located.
