No! Tight VNC can be install only on Linux VPS not on any shared hosting account.

Please note that we manually accept all orders so that no one is try to host any sites related to phishing, as before we have got one incident, a guy was hosting lots of sites related to ebay phishing. So, right now account creation is automatic but we accept the orders after checking the domain which is orderd for hosting.
