1. They are static links placed on pages with the respective Pagerank (all PR3+) - they are placed either in the header, sidebar, footer or somewhere else where it makes sense on the site (no sitewide links).0

2. For the PR links we use all the keywords that you submit. For the 2nd tier we only use generic anchors and raw urls.

3. You can submit unlimited URLs/KWs , but keep in mind, that you dilute th effects of the package with each additional URL/KW. It works fantastically to build a solid foundation for new sites - of course it goes without saying that you should still diversify with other qualitative links.

1. These are not blogroll links. They are page specific.
2. Sometimes, yes. We have filters in place that scan all of the links daily to monitor for this. If any links are found to be deindexed, they are automatically removed and replaced.
