newbie looking for SEO advice

Hello . I've been doing (trying to do ) affiliate marketing for 4-6 months now, but I'm finding it hard to understand some things in it . Is there anyone who coaches or who can provide some advices or answer some of my questions about seo and about IM generally. I'm ready to fail 99 times just to succeed once . truth is I failed many times along the way already , but ain't no stoppin me

is it worth investing in some automatic seo program like scrapebox ? I'm looking for cheep seo service or program , but I don't know which one should I choose and if they even work considering theyre cheap ... also I've heard people saying that it's worth making an email list . I don't know how to do that yet , since my blogs haven't seen the light of sunshine I doubt that email list would happen soon . I've tried to do some backlinks myself ,manually ,but from fiew backlinks I made , I understood that it requires alot of seo knoweledge , since all my backlinks were liek 0.00001 rank

1. depends on your purpose of using tools, Scrapebox might be a good choice, BUT it is not for links building, it is more for scraping. check some of it function in youtube. you can use it to scarape High PR links and manually build links to it.
2. Building an email list is very lucrative, but not easy, i think most people build a Squeeze page, and get traffic to that page by using Ezine.
3. for SEO, did you do do your kws researches properly? what kind of backlinks did you build then?

I'm a huge noob at SEO , I don't actually know what kind of links I builded . I tried to do anchor links where they were alowed . Simple posts to pages who had a related article to the product i was promoting . I heard that .gov .com's have alot of value . I placed some comments related to the article and my promoted product . But they came our 0.000001 or so value ... I know that what I did probably is way way way out of what is SEO , but thats why im here for , to learn .

First focus on doing everything manually. Once you get the hang of that, you will then realize the science behind seo. Then you will be ready to invest in software. Right now it would be a waste of money for you.

no one is really going to want to offer coaching. If there are people out there offering it, your surely going to end up getting ripped off.

Patience is required to learn this. Its going to take months. Hopefully not years though.
