No, the bot can not target Videos for you automatically, you have to target them yourself. What it can do is help you find the right videos for you in your Niche by scrapping for your keywords, users, channels etc
"Quick Logins" will occur if you change your I.P address and then try and re-login to the Bot, it also prevents amongst other things a brute force attack on our Licensing Server.
Inputting things manually into the Bot will not change, maybe in the future we'll think about implementing this, but currently it'll take too much coding to do as it'll be an overhaul of the Bot which as of now we are currently not prepared to do since other things are prioritised.
We could release the new "Real Browser Based UpVoter" within an Hour if we wanted to but then people would complain about the Cookies and Cache not clearing, so until we've exhausted all means of a remedy (This week) then it'll be on hold. But rest assured it'll be released this week regardless if we find a solution or not, since people need a way to UpVote comments.

I still cannot login and it's been almost 24 hours since I paid. Your support ticketing system is down. I've created one, at least so it seems, and I cannot open the site anymore.
What seems to be the problem? Please I need to use the software ASAP!!

Yeah sure, but commenting upvoting depends a lot on your Accounts and Proxies, so currently where it may be working for some it wont be working for others, since everyones set up is different. With the new "Real Browser Based UpVoter" it should give better results all round.

So, when will this pending update be released?
Out of curiosity, when was your last update? Because I recall talking to your support about fixing the comment upvoting - and they also said something about a "pending release" that should be out next week - which never happened. This communication with your support occurred over one month ago.
Please shoot us some straight answers if you can in regards to these updates - if they are really happening or if it's a smokescreen.

What's going on with support? I submitted a ticket last week and have heard NOTHING. Yet, you are on here responding to everyone's questions. But what about us - the paying customers? Where is the support your site??? Wouldn't you think the paying customers have priority?
