Don't worry...it will be updated. Might be a bit slow at first...the type of client we are going after isn't a single call close. These are big fish. I expect the calls to start mid week...but then the real work begins. (the closing)

I'm a Realtor that is used to doing bulk mailings like this to target home buyers and sellers, but am shifting gears to SEO/IM for more of a recurring revenue stream. I love the online/offline hybrid methods, and looking forward to seeing your results!

I'm a Realtor that is used to doing bulk mailings like this to target home buyers and sellers, but am shifting gears to SEO/IM for more of a recurring revenue stream. Yeah, realtors can kill it with a more custom approach. Many just send off postcards and standard stuff....the same stuff that every realtor sends off. I helped a friend of mine that is a realtor do a mailing - very aggressive and out of the box - he got a great response because it wasn't the same "Let me sell your house" or "Let me help you buy your house" crap that 99.99999% use. Outside of the box gets the attention and results in action.

Mail should start hitting tomorrow in one of the cities...then Wed in the others. I assume the phone number for this campaign will start to ring Wednesday.

Will update this after we get some action.

I'm not doing the return labels and index cards but I do have 3 pages inside the envelope.


I do agree that just a basic stamp and a hand written address has a higher open rate. Probably because it seems more personal and not automated.

I only have about 100 letters going out this week after I tweak the website we had made for the service we're selling. Sending out 500 is pretty awesome

Well, when I said 5k I meant the goal of this mailing was to generate $5k recurring profit. So, we will see. These are tough businesses...they will require a lot of follow up and work. So, we will see. Phone should ring starting tomorrow from this. I'll prob update this weekly once it starts to roll.
